Your Lockdown Activities

Following on from our Easter Tree and Spring Garden photos, we asked you share what you’ve been up to during lockdown, what crafts you’ve been doing, or new hobbies you’ve taken up or exercise routines and even video’s if you have one?  Here we share the first responses we received and we’re looking forward to many more!

You asked for it!  Frankie took this while we were exercising- she kept her distance! Keep well – love Sue & James

I have tried to attach some photos of my interests over the last few weeks. I have completed a lot of jigsaw puzzles – the tigers and the box of chocolates. I do some mindfulness colouring in each day and some knitting (no photos at the moment) and have now started a counted tapestry of Helensburgh which should keep me occupied for some time. We try to get out for a walk a couple of times a week and we sit in the entrance of our garage when the weather is good. I miss our church community very much but on Sunday we watch Dom’s homily and the singing from St Silas Glasgow and the service from our old church in Bangor NI. That helps along with email and phone calls. Hope you find these photos of some interest. Joan Thompson
