[Update] John’s Kiltwalk 2021

‘Thank you so much for the wonderful support given to John’s Kiltwalk, both with communications and donations. It is an inspiring total, for everyone to feel justly proud of, meaning Christian Aid will receive £990 now. Together, the Helensburgh Kilt Walk team duo, John and Elizabeth, have raised a record, combined total of £1,215 pre top-up, boosted to £1822.50 by Sir Tom Hunter.

This must encourage us in difficult times! You may not know that the Helensburgh Christian Aid Committee usually raises over £12,000 annually, but with so many planned events cancelled this year it is clear the charity will still battle a funding shortfall, as aid does in general.
