Eco Congregation Thought for the Week

With cooler weather coming, now is a good time to look at your domestic thermostat. Recommended winter setting is between 18-20C. Heating is responsible for 85% of domestic energy use in the UK

The Legacy by Rosemary Rose is specifically for upgrading of the creche. The work has started with a new entrance door to the lower hall. This will enable access without going through the upper hall. The corridor is so much lighter; please have a look if you haven’t already.

Clearing the lower hall – we have interest in the pews. If you or any one you know have interest in the piano, or the full size table tennis table, which are downstairs, please let Dom know. If there is no interest, we will contact the local Youth Groups!

The amount collected for The Mission of Seafarers was £317 and £90 was also sent from the proceeds of Tuesday morning’s coffee and cake donations. Thank you to all.
