Eco Congregation Thought for the Week

How much of your house are you heating unnecessarily? Make sure radiators in rooms you don’t use are set to ‘frost’ or at least turned right down to save energy costs.

  • The Legacy by Rosemary Rose is specifically for upgrading of the creche. The work has started with a new entrance door to the lower hall. This will enable access without going through the upper hall. The corridor is so much lighter; please have a look if you haven’t already.
  • Clearing the lower hall – we have interest in the pews. If you or any one you know have interest in the piano, or the full size table tennis table, which are downstairs, please let Dom know. If there is no interest, we will contact the local Youth Groups!
  • The Christian Aid Tea has raised a wonderful total of nearly £1,000. Thanks to all involved. Details are on the Christian Aid notice board.
