Eco Congregation Thought for the Week

Your freezer is a secret weapon vs. food waste if you use it properly:

1. Clear it out and sort everything into supermarket style categories.

2. Label everything and date it.

3. rotate the contents, newer stuff at the back. And keep it full, that will save energy.
