Events in 2020

The year 2020 started off with promise, hope and excitement. A new year with many activities planned.

When the Wine Tasting in January took place, no one knew it was to be the last event to take place for many months. As the country was swept up in a global pandemic, gatherings of people, including Church services, were prohibited. From March 2020, the country was went into lockdown for several months.

The initial lockdown was eventually eased late in June. In September 2020, the Scottish government cautiously advised that up to 50 people would be allowed to attend a church service.
